"Star light, star bright, the brightest star I have seen tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might. When we meet, you are going down Starlight"

This is the final quote of the book, and it is the most disturbing quote in the whole novel. The quote occurred in the Epilogue of the novel, School Wars: The Prophecy of Light, and it was said by the mysterious Dictator. The Dictator is only shown in the epilogue of the book. The Dictator was talking to his informant as he heard the news that the RISING lost to the Warrior of Light and his Resurgents. The Dictator only told the informant to train the remaining soldiers. That's when The Dictator said one of the most iconic quote in this novel. The quote could be foreshadowing a future confrontation between The Dictator and Danny Starlight. It also symbolizes The Dictator's power, showing no fear towards anyone even though the RISING suffered a lot of casualties in the Battle of Meterozoneiac City (about 2 million soldiers died, about 99% of them died in the explosion alone). Other than that I will leave this quote open to interpretation.

"Whether the eyes are brown, green, or blue, a reflection of a hard-fought batlle that was shockingly won"

This quote was stated in Chapter 37 of the book School Wars: The Prophecy of Light. These words were uttered by the narrator of the book. A huge explosion occurred in the climax of the book during a battle against the RISING.  Danny Starlight and Jay Tron both sacrificed themselves as the Resurgents scored a huge victory against the RISING. This quote has a few meanings. One meaning is that it takes teamwork to achieve your goals. The second meaning is that a goal can be accomplished when everyone plays their part. The third meaning could be that a reflection of a battle that will be remembered in Bellum history.

Other than that I will leave this quote open for interpretation.

"Danny he might be a little warrior, but over the past six months the little warrior has become as powerful as an alpha trooper, while Jay has had his unique skills since freshman year, making those two soldiers very underrated in the school rank"

This quote was mentioned by Travis Brodes, one of the trackers, during Chapter 31 in the novel, School Wars: The Prophecy of Light. In this chapter,  Danny and Jay must save their friends from the hands of Moonrise Light High School before it is too late. In the jail cell the popular soldiers from the unit Sunstrike and the trackers talked about Danny and Jay while the two soldiers face off against the president and vice president of Moonrise Light High School. This quote mainly talks about how some students are overlooked in school with many people not even knowing their potential. In the end of the last chapter the remaining soldiers of the Sunstrike unit doubted that Danny and Jay would be able to win their duel, overlooking the two soldiers in the process. Then during the duel the Sunstrike unit realized the power of Danny and Jay leading Travis to stating this quote. 

"The light needs a leader, but not just any ordinary leader, an alpha lion, which not just leads, but lead his army with honor"

This quote was stated by Bruce Chang Long during the revelation of the prophecy. It occurred in Chapter 20 of the novel, School Wars: The Prophecy of Light. Danny met Bruce, the shadowy figure, and Bruce's bodyguards in this chapter of the book.  Danny, Bruce, and the shadowy figure named Jay were in the same dream as Bruce informed Danny his destiny while the bodyguards were getting a briefcase. This quote means that a leader does not just lead his or her army into war. They lead with honor sacrificing him/herself during the time of war especially if it is to save their friends or friends strong enough to call family. Bruce does indeed know that Danny will face many obstacles by being the alpha lion otherwise known as The Warrior of Light.

"Be the strongest, a legend for me"

One of most famous sayings in School Wars: The Prophecy of Light is "Be the strongest, a legend for me". These famous words were said by Bill Walnut, the main protagonist's best friend. It occurred during Chapter 13 of the novel, School Wars: The Prophecy of Light. Bill and the main protagonist, Danny Starlight, were part of an enormous battle between the two rival schools, Sunset Shadows and Moonrise Light. Bill stated this quote right after he was stabbed by the president of Moonrise Light. Danny witnessed the tragic event as he ran towards the dying Bill. Bill then stated his final words to Danny. This quote means that Bill finally understands that Danny can indeed become a legendary soldier. And Bill knows that Danny would do be the strongest for the both of them even though he will be gone forever.
